Another hand painted style is the Victor, if you’re familiar with the Valiant brogue style, Victor is a derby brogue shoe with wider fitting alternative made on the 446 last from unfinished crust leather and hand painted with natural dyes to a rich and deep patina. Due to the nature of painting by hand it means no pair is ever identical, differing in their shade and finish, and thus boasting an allurement that no machine could ever match.
For great savings on traditional Barker shoe styles the Charles comes highly recommended, originally designed by Charles Barker in 1940, this refined brogue is the epitome classic yet stylish gentleman’s shoe.
